Research On Status And Development Countermeasures Of Tianjin Seawater Desalination

Seawater desalination using seawater desalination freshwater production, can also be seen as "the process of condensed water". As a coastal city, Tianjin has a unique coastal advantage and a strong industrial base, is to carry out one of the seawater desalination in China earlier, has also been a key area of our country the development of seawater desalination. Based on summarizing the seawater desalination technology and development status of seawater desalination, Tianjin city problems, study countermeasures, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on the current shortage of water resources, pointed out that the seawater desalination and utilization is open source and ways and means to solve the lack of freshwater resources is important, it has very important significance. Systematically introduces the history, current situation and trend of domestic seawater desalination,points out the gaps and problems in our country still exist in the development of seawater desalination and utilization.(2) This paper expounds the connotation and classification of sea water desalination technology, the basic principle, process flow, technical features are introduced to the main sea water desalination technology, and with the domestic and foreign engineering examples of the application of seawater desalination technology.(3) Introduced the situation and characteristics of water resources in Tianjin city,illustrates the development of seawater desalination technology has important practical significance on the Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development and integration, and points out the development in China of the seawater desalination occupies an important status and influence in the cause of Tianjin city of seawater desalination. More detailed description of the application of historical evolution,current situation, development planning, industrial environment and international exchanges of seawater desalination in Tianjin, and engineering examples further illustrate its application.(4) In the face of reality conditions and development needs, based on the analysisof present situation, discusses the main problems existing in Tianjin city, desalination of sea water in the natural condition, the industry environment, the technical personnel, puts forward the countermeasures from the breakthrough technology,optimization of industry, reform of water price and operation, personnel support of science and technology, government policy support and the establishment of long-term mechanism and so on. Around the issue of water resources seriously restricts the development of economy and society, with the eyes of development,reaffirming the significance of desalination of sea water, that will have broad prospects for its development.
