Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Mineral Resource Exploration And Exploitation In Tongliao,Inner Mongolia

Tongliao is located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and it is situated in the economic circle around the Bohai Sea and the Northeast Asia triangle economic zone.It is defined as a sub-provincial center city by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In recent years,the industrial economy of Tongliao has maintained steady growth,and the mining industry economics dominated by coal developed rapidly.In 2017,the mining output value of Tongliao reached 8.486 billion-yuan,accounting for 7% of the GDP.Under the circumstances of global economic recovery,increasingly fierce competition in resources and the rebound in mineral prices,new concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets should be adhered to and practiced.National economic security should be upheld and maintained,and efforts should be made to solve the current outstanding problems,such as the lack of top-level planning,unclear and low degree of exploration,unreasonable distribution of development,short industrial chain and destruction of geological environment.The author introduces the basic concept of mineral resources exploration and development,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of mineral resources exploration and development in the world,the whole country and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,finds out the main existing problems and the situation and requirements faced by mineral resources exploration and development in Tongliao,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the mineral resources exploration and development in Tongliao which lay a foundation for the follow-up practical work,and provide decision-making basis for improving the economic quality of regional mining and promoting the development of mining economy.Selecting Tongliao as the representative of the mineral resources growth city,the thesis makes a comprehensive introduction of the city's mineral resources exploration and development status,and studies the current supply and demand situation.On the premise that a new round of general plan for mineral resources has not yet been issued in Tongliao,the research work is carried out through SWOT strategic analysis.This paper puts forward the key direction,key areas and planning settings of mineral resources exploration,development,utilization and protection during the base period of the next general plan.Three development bases of mining industry in north,middle and south are proposed to promote the transformation and upgrading of mining industry.The suggestion of strengthening the protection and rehabilitation of mine geological environment is put forward.In addition,the problems existing in the exploration and development of mineral resources in this city are studied and analyzed.Finally,7 measures and suggestions are put forward,such as formulating planning objectives scientifically and rationally,optimizing the exploration and development of mineral resources and industrial layout,and pushing forward the transformation and upgrading of mining industry and green development.At the same time,based on the implementation and main results of the second round of mineral resources master plan of Tongliao,this paper provides comprehensive and detailed basic information for the formulation of the new round of mineral resources master plan of Tongliao(2021-2025).It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to improve the economic quality of mining industry,guide and promote the economic and social development of Tongliao and other areas with certain mineral resources potential.
