| The ocean contains rich renewable energy and wave energy is deserved mentioned which has bigger energy density and good development values. Some researchers estimated that the biggest and most potential wave energy reserves should be in Taiwan, Zhejiang and Guangdong province. Coincidentally, these areas are in large demand of energy but with low self-providence. Full development of China’s coastal areas wave energy resource can be very good to promote the prosperity of the economy and has far-reaching practical significance. The technology of wave power generation is still at primary stage and most technology has not been tested in natural environment. Therefore, in terms of wave power generation technology, this paper has made research for the data acquisition system, energy efficiency and reliability based on “Haiyuan 1” wave power generation platform. This paper first introduce the research achievements of the oscillated-buoy wave power generation device at home and abroad in recent years and the research status of motion theory of the buoy, hydraulic power generation system and device testing technology is presented emphatically. Then the basic situation of “Haiyuan 1” wave power generated platform is introduced and data acquisition system is designed based on LabVIEW software. The achieving energy efficiency of the buoy and the influence between each other are completed, moreover, the experiment data is acquired, processed and analyzed. Influence of the experimental water depth, system pressure and sea condition on the wave power system is studied and the buoy power generation performance is explored.A set of platform self-protection system is designed based on hydraulic transmission, the hydraulic lifting system simulation analysis has carried by using AMESim software, verifying the rationality and feasibility of the system design. The hydraulic platform power system is introduced and simulation of the hydraulic power system is carried out by application of AMESim software then the result is verified by real sea condition testing. |
