Land consolidation is the key to optimize land resource,to promote land utilization,to harmonize man-land relationship and ensure the 1.8 billion Mu of arable land minimum,which plays a critical role in increasing land supply and solving land disorders.At present,with the improvement of consolidation level,the nationwide consolidation obtained remarkable achievement.However,the land consolidation project of our country possesses the feature of wide area,complicated engineering technology and massive quantity.According to incomplete statistics,national investment in land consolidation project up to 100 billion yuan a year.Therefore,to improve the scientific and technological level and management level is a profound subject.As a new measurement technology,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology features with low cost,flexibility and high precision of data,which is applied to engineering fields such as land,transportation and water conservancy.Therefore,to launch assistive application of UAV technology to land consolidation project design and management is of great significance to enhance land consolidation engineering technology and land consolidation project management technology level.This paper studies on UAV technology,focuses on studying assistive application of UAV technology to land consolidation project design and management,on basis of land consolidation project of Qiaole Village,Anyi County,Jiangxi Province and Xin Zhuang Town,Yifeng County,Jiangxi Province.Obtain the image data of Qiaole Village,Anyi County before land consolidation by UAV technology,analyze plane and elevation precision by Mean Square Error precision evaluation method,build up three-dimensional scene drawn from UAV aerial image data and investigation and design at early stage of land consolidation,research on the land utilization status graphing based on UAV orthogonal image and digital elevation model,and study auxiliary application of UAV image data digital elevation model to earth volume calculation for land consolidation project.In addition,this paper focuses on preliminary planning of the process for the assistive application of UAV technology to the land consolidation project regulation.Combining image data obtained by UAV of Yifeng County before and after land consolidation,by superposing drawing and status image after innovation to analyze land consolidation project state and graph land utilization status map for analyze efficiency of land consolidation.Main research results are as following:1.Study on eBee-RTK UAV technology precision evaluationWith regard to Anyi County’s Digital Orthogonal Map(DOM)and Digital Surface Model(DSM)that obtained by eBee-RTK UAV technology,by Mean Square Error precision evaluation method to analyze plane and elevation precision with the result of 0.051m plane precision deviation,which is lower than the maximum deviation value of plane precision with 0.30m,and 0.033px/m digital orthogonal image ground resolution,which is higher than the ground resolution requirement of no lower than 0.05m under 1:500 proportion,and 0.070m elevation precision deviation,which is lower than the maximum deviation value of elevation precision with 0.40m.Moreover,elevation value on centimeter level of checking point between adjacent plots according to the layout was identified markedly.Conclude from above,eBee-RTK UAV technology can obtain image data without calibrating ground control point;its precision can fulfill the requirement.Therefore,it can reduce the cost and field work,UAV technology is worth of popularization and application.2.Study on assistive application of UAV technology in land consolidation project designBy AriGIS10.2 and GPS5.0 toolbox,subset UAV image data and shift coordinates.With ArcScene10.2,superpose and build up three-dimensional scene by utilizing DOM and DSM of Anyi County enjoys high scenario reduction degree,which has an important assistive value to terrain survey and flow direction in ditches design during land consolidation.The high precise DOM provide intuitive sense to land utilization plane information editing and the DSM which shifted by coordinates provide ground elevation information to land utilization status map,reducing a large amount of field work.Transfer DSM to Digital Elevation Model(DEM)can assist earth volume calculation.This study compares earthwork calculation result by three types of modeling method.The result shown that earthwork calculated with UAV image data DEM assisting is more close to average value than that with Geostatistics modeling and Irregular Triangulated Network modeling,which means it is more precise.While the land consolidation project design needs to link various requirements,with massive project amount,the UAV technology can still be assistive.3.Study on application of UAV technology in land consolidation project supervision and managementThis paper summarizes the application of existing UAV technology in land consolidation supervision and management,preliminarily design the process for the application of UAV technology to the land consolidation project management.By indoor processing two-stage UAV image data of Yi Feng land before and after land consolidation,and superpose in the platform of ArcGIS 10.2 and drawing to check,which clearly reflects the land consolidation project construction.In ArcGIS10.2,drawing the land utilization status map based on two-stage DOM and do land use kinds analysis,finally,we conclude that land consolidation project of Yi Feng County acquire significant achievement.
