The comprehensive improvement of rural land is an important measure to protect the red line of farmland and improve the quality of farmland in China and to improve the intensive use of rural construction land.Since the Land Management Law of 1999 proposed land consolidation,land consolidation projects have gradually been carried out throughout the country.After more many years of exploration and research,land comprehensive improvement have great progress.Since the implementation of rural land comprehensive remediation,the academic community has actively carried out relevant theoretical and practical research around this topic,providing scientific theoretical basis and verification methods for promoting the development of rural land comprehensive remediation in China.In view of the importance of the study on the suitability of rural land comprehensive remediation,this paper takes this as the focus to study the construction of an index system for the evaluation of the suitability of rural land comprehensive remediation.Firstly,it summarizes the existing achievements of the research on the suitability of the comprehensive remediation of rural land at home and abroad,and clarifies the relevant theoretical basis;Secondly,according to the relevant factors affecting the evaluation of the suitability of comprehensive land management in rural areas,the evaluation indicators are selected and a corresponding evaluation index system is established.Then,using GIS technology to complete the construction of the basic geographical space,and extract the index factor information,a model for evaluating the suitability of rural land comprehensive remediation was established.Through the superposition treatment of GIS,five major research areas(slope ladder leveling area,Getian finishing area,farmland water Conservancy project rectifying area,rural road finishing area and residential area finishing area)were obtained,and suitable types of comprehensive land remediation were determined.Land resources are the most basic resources on which human beings depend for survival.They are closely related to the quality of the regional ecological environment,and their sub-patterns and utilization methods affect each other and are inseparable.Because of the shortage of water resources,the limited land resources and the misalignment of the land resources in Huocheng County,the study on the optimal allocation of land resources in thisarea will alleviate the conflicts between people and land in Huocheng County and improve resource waste and ecological problems.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to promote the rational development and utilization of land resources.Based on the principle of integrating economic,social and ecological benefits into sustainable development,development and utilization trends and driving factors of the land resources in Huocheng County.This paper studies the spatial matching pattern of land resources,constructs and solves the optimal allocation model of land resources in huocheng County,systematically evaluates the results of the allocation,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the land resources optimization allocation scheme.The following main research findings were obtained:(1)Based on the land resources statistics and the 1:1 million land resources data set in Huocheng County,the distribution characteristics and utilization status of the land resources in Huocheng County were evaluated in conjunction with the GIS thematic map.The evaluation results show that the total water resources in Huocheng County are scarce,and the per capita water resources and the amount of water resources per hectare of cultivated land are all at the lower level in the country.However,the use level of water resources is relatively high,the water supply is large,and the water use structure is dominated by agricultural water use.The land use structure of huocheng county is quite different,among which the proportion of arable land is the largest,the degree of land development and utilization is at the intermediate upper level,and there are dislocation phenomena in the matching of land use and land suitability.(2)The land use structure of Huocheng County shows that arable land and northern mountainous areas;The transfer of land use types is characterized by the frequent transfer of cultivated land,arable land and grassland occupied by construction land,and the relatively stable area of forest land and the large changes in unused land.(3)Global autocorrelation analysis and local autocorrelation analysis methods were used to evaluate the land resources matching pattern in Huocheng County.The evaluation results show that Huocheng County has a poor degree of spatial matching of land resources.The middle and central basin has a large population,a developed economy,and a large proportion of arable land.However,water resources are scarce,while the southwestern part of HuochengCounty has a small population,However,water resources are abundant.Da Ditch,Fruit Ditch,etc.are rich areas of water resources.(4)Taking land use types as decision variables,taking economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits as objective functions,and taking the availability of water resources as the main constraints,a multi-objective optimization model is established,and MATLAB is used to solve the built model.Through the land adaptation constraints,and the results of the optimized configuration are implemented on the block units,and the guarantee measures for the optimal allocation of land resources are put forward.The research results of this paper are useful for promoting the sustainable development and utilization of the land resources and improving the ecological environment in Huocheng County.
