This thesis consists of seven parts. Chapter one is the introduction. Chapter two briefly describe the molecular internal motions. Chapter three describes the theoretical background used to study diatomic vibrational spectra. In chapter four, based on the general expression of diatomic molecular vibrational energy, the difference converging method (DCM) proposed to study the full diatomic vibrational spectra by Sun team recently is presented. Chapter five describes the new formula used to study accurate diatomic dissociation energy. Chapter six is the applications of the DCM method. In this chapter, the full diatomic vibrational spectra, the vibrational spectrum constants and dissociation energies of the diatomic molecular electronic States NaK-B1?, NaK-d3?1, NaLi-31?, NaLi-41?, Nali-A1?+,KLi-X1?+ and KLi-A1?+ have been studied using the DCM method. Chapter seven summarizes this thesis. This study shows that the DCM method can obtain accurate full vibrational spectra and molecular dissociation energies of diatomic electronic systems, and it can provide reliable molecular spectral data to related researches.
