| With the rapid development of urban construction in China,the development and utilization of underground resources is increasing,which can induce many geological disasters,and people’s life is threatened.In the premise of not affecting the normal use and not to destroy the original geological structure,it is necessary to take nondestructive testing to evaluate project quality accurately.Ground penetrating radar(GPR)which is high efficiency,non-destructive,strong anti-interference ability is widely used in geophysical field.In engineering detection,the data interpretation of GPR mainly depends on the experience of the individual.Different people have different understandings of the principles and experience accumulation,so it may affect the detection quality.That’s why it is very important to set up the image database of common underground target.In this paper,introduce the basic theory of electromagnetic wave to understand the working principle of GPR and measure parameter settings.Use software to simulating the process of electromagnetic wave propagation and the propagation mechanism of electromagnetic wave in the medium can be understood.Design an experimental apparatus and fill it with soil so that more accurate images can be obtained.Do model experiments of a single target and change experimental parameters.The basic characteristics of the various target waveform,the corresponding relationship between the model and the waveform,the change pattern of waveform can be mastered.Design new models under interference condition and analysis and summarize the image features after detection.Establish sample database to provide interpretation for engineering detection.Use the database to infer the underground distribution in field measurement and analyze the type of structural defects to verify the practicability of the research results,which is very effective in disaster prevention and reduction. |
