Study On The Status Of The Female Scientists And Technicians Of Our Country And Its Countermeasures

With the rapid development of science and technology, national competitiveness has become fiercely. While the key of the comprehensive national strength competition is in science and technology, and the talent is the core. Female as an inseparable composition of natural human resources plays a vital role in scientific and technological competitiveness and social development. After the founding of new China,especially the reform and opening-up policy,with the help and supporting of the state and the Party,the quantity of the female scientists and technicians has a great increased.But its’ developing status still be problematic by various factors.These issues are fully explained the role of women scientists and technicians have not yet been fully realized, and has seriously affected the healthy development of science and technology. So improving the status of Chinese women scientists and technicians is good to the construction of innovative country and the healthy development of technology.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction of topics based on research objectives and significance, the trend of research status around the world, the methods and innovations described in detail; the second part is the definition of female talents, and by contrast the status of domestic male’s reflecting the current state of Chinese women’s talents: less in the field of natural sciences and high-tech,the number of outputs is scarce, the lower status and prestige, the opportunity to participate in the competition unequal, lack of reserve personnel; the third part is to highlight reason of the current situation of women scientists and technicians by the comparison to the foreign and domestic status quo : the objective factor is including the station policy, official standard,traditional view of sex role,the obstacle barrier of marriage,generandi and lactation, the thought way.The subjective factor is including the motive and expectation of the scientific research, the location of themself, the lack of cooperation;the last part is founding out the countermeasures: the state level:optimize the policy, increase invest,improve the remuneration;the community side:convert the thought of sexual and education,the talents cultivate,the assessment of the talents,from the view of the female scientists and technicians :make sure the value orientation,the value proposition,reinforce the internal communication, change ways of thinking.
