In recent years, social and economic development speed of China is fast, land as an essential material basis of human, because of the development of economic and social, the strength also increases ceaselessly, and then lead to the emergence of a series of related ecological problems. Effective solution to the security of land resources and social development of mankind and friendly coexistence, and to achieve sustainable development and to achieve sustainable development has become one of the research topics and problems of many researchers.In this paper, based on system dynamics, land resource security system is divided into food security, land economic security, ecological security of land, analyze mutual influence its relationship with regional socio-economic and ecological environment, and quantitative research, simulation area land resource security evaluation and social, economic and environmental issues blend together complex systems. Dynamic analysis and simulation evaluation through SD simulation technology is a good method to solve the land resource security evaluation.Construction of the SD model is integrated the relation between the system of food security, economic security system of land, land ecological security system and the external factors and the relation between internal systems to together, the establishment of a regional land resource security evaluation of the total system flow diagram, in the SD simulation software of total system flow between variables in relation to the equation and function is input in the form, and then test the model's validity. Finally, the initial variable were assignment, operation and calculation, simulation results obtained.On the construction of regional land resources security evaluation grade, firstly, the simulation of SD model data take extreme processing method to carry on the data consistent with the dimensionless treatment; secondly, take the entropy method and AHP method of index weight determined on each half of the calculation results of the two methods, the arithmetic average that the comprehensive weight of each index, determine the regional land ecological security level evaluation criteria, determine the empirical basis for selecting the program.This paper takes Nanjing city as an example, the established model of Nanjing city land resource security evaluation design of 12 kinds of schemes, through the SD simulation run out of the simulation data in 2025, the final scheme comparison and selection of the analysis results, the final selection of scheme 10,2,3,4,6 as the Nanjing city land ecological security optimization model, land ecological security system of high safety level. The five schemes respectively:(1) high economic protection of cultivated land and ecological environment of the ideal development model; (2) high ecological and low population, protection of land development schemes; (3) high economic, low population, ecological balance, the development model; (4) high economic, land conservation hair exhibition mode; (5) high economy, protection of arable land, urban high rate development model.
