Study On The Paradox Of Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Method Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, knowledge and information have increased sharply. There are more and more issues need to decide, and the issues become more and more complex. Any person can not fully master all the required knowledge, more and more difficult to cope with all decision-making problems. Then the multi-attribute group decision-making theory is particularly important. Multi attribute group decision method can gather together with people who have different knowledge structure, and use the advantage of each person to solve the problem. Because of the advantages of multi attribute group decision making method, it has been widely used in various fields. But the multiple attribute group decision like many other multi attribute decision methods, it exists paradox phenomenon, namely for the ranking reverse phenomenon.This paper first determines the specific method of multi-attribute group decision, namely multi attribute group decision making method based on AHP. The individual decision making method using the AHP method, combined with the method of group opinion aggregation. Community opinion aggregation method like this: we use the similarity of all decision makers' judgment matrix to determine the weight of decision makers. And then through a large number of simulation examples, we find out a negative example of multi attribute group decision making method based on AHP, and analyzes the causes of reverse phenomenon. Through analysis we found that the reverse phenomenon is affected by two aspects, on the one hand AHP method for individual decision makers adopted, on the other hand by opinion aggregation method. Finally, for two reasons, we put forward the improved method, the maximum weight ranking vector of each decision makers becomes 1, the other components are changed in proportion. So we not only solve the AHP method of the reverse, and have a good control of the decision makers' weights and the change of the credibility of the matrix.In this paper, the research on multi attribute group decision making method is a new direction for the research of multi attribute group decision making method. It is believed that more researchers will discuss various kinds of different group decision paradox solutions.
