In the solid mineral resources exploration work,core drilling is an important and indispensable mean.As a key equipment in construction of drilling cores,core drill through to drill for the different depth of strata,get the core for analysis.So as to finally determine the reserves and grade of ore deposit.It also provide reliable basis to develop and utilize solid mineral resources.Full hydraulic core drill is a new type equipment of drill for solid deposit,as a result of hydrostatic transmission,reducing the tedium of mechanical transmission chain,it has light weight,high efficiency,simple operation etc.,so it will be the future development direction of core drill.Mast structure system is important part of All-hydraulic power head type drill cores.It played a vital role in normal drilling,the drill tool and casing,processing special case such as hole accidents As the biggest parts of drilling rig,the mast structure had a great influence on overall stability and only through the fine structure design,to ensure that drilling work effective in complex geological conditions.At the same time,it is safe to the staff.The topic regard the mast structure of All-hydraulic power head type drill cores as the research object,and mainly analyze it in sticking and slam the brakes on two kinds of working conditions,the static analysis,stability and vibration situation,in addition,also follow the improvement of the thinking of mast section size parameters,using ANSYS finite element simulation software to optimize design.This article main research content is divided into the following three parts:(1)Through the analysis the force situation of mast structure in the process of drilling.And establishes a set of suitable for its mechanics model,calculation of internal force,analyzed the stability of a mast.(2)using ANSYS software was carried out on the mast structure static calculation,the deformation in the drilling process was observed,stress,etc.Modal analysis was carried out on the mast structure,study it whether occurs resonance or not.The study would provide reliable theory basis for designers.(3)Optimization design for the mast structure in the ANSYS Workbench,improve on every section of the mast,reduce its own weight,saving material,reducing the cost.
