With the application and development of cross-regional, inter-basin,large-scale and long-distance transmission technology, the complexity and vulnerability of power system increased significantly.Natural disasters have a sudden and devastating is becoming a important threat to the power system.Landslide on the grid as a typical disaster serious security threat, it is still a lack of macro-risks analysis and research.Faced with disaster prevention on the grid from the grid internal and external risks, not only from the point of view of the individual line towers and other transmission network for risk assessment and vulnerability assessment, from the perspective of system vulnerability assessment on the grid, disaster and emergency management is also of great significance and value.Under the landslide disaster grid vulnerability analysis and research, combined with the characteristics of landslide and grid their respective principle and disasters, the integrated use of interpretative structural model, MICMAC analysis, network AHP method, visual analysis, qualitative and quantitative We thought of a combination of vulnerability assessment and risk management issues, in order to assess the vulnerability of the grid under the landslide disaster to provide a theoretical basis and operational methods.The main contents are as follows:(1) Summarized the definition and nature of the vulnerability of the theory and the common assessment method, combined with the risk assessment theory, analyzed the vulnerability of the conceptual model, provides a framework and basic ideas under landslide hazard vulnerability analysis grid.(2) In the basic of grid vulnerability factor identification and analysis under landslide hazard,the interpretative structural model of landslide disaster geological risk,resilience and tower network resilience were established.the use of methods of analysis MICMAC discussed the characteristics and effect relationship between grid vulnerability factors under the landslide disaster for further quantitative analysis of the foundation.(3) Considering the effects of time and space, based on the tower vulnerability in landslide hazard and vulnerability of the transmission line, using ANP established grid vulnerability model under the landslide hazard, a comprehensive measure of the grid at risk of landslide disasters, make the grid at risk of landslide hazard assessment has beenthe basis for quantitative analysis.(4) Based on power grid vulnerability assessment model under landslide hazard,Chongqing a 500 kv line for vulnerability assessment, risk analysis features to explore risk control mechanism, presented its management practices and recommendations.Through the power grid vulnerability analysis proved different geological and meteorological conditions, the importance and necessity of grid vulnerability management.In this study, expanded the power gird vulnerability assessment and research under landslide, respectively from the Angle of the tower, lines and power grid under the landslide disaster to exploe risk assessment and management, provide the theoretical guidance and strategies for grid management and disaster prevention.
