The consistency of spatial data is an important indicator of quality evaluation.And the inspection of consistency processing for spatial data is an important step for the production and updating before storing it in the database.Especially,the inspection of consistency for vector data is a significant component.At present,among all the researches about consistency of vector data at home and abroad are concentrate on topological consistency of the vector data.Few of them focus on the consistency of semantic level.Most traditional method that verify consistency of vector data are from the point of the characteristic of the data itself,rarely use the external reference data.Usually,the sources of external reference data and target data are different,so the research on consistency between reference data and target data is the research on consistency of multi-sources data.Therefore,this paper chooses high quality vector data as reference data for target data which need to be checked,combining the powerful semantic expression capabilities of the ontology and logical reasoning capabilities of the ontology rules,proposes a method to check consistency of spatial data based on ontology.And,this paper uses this method to check consistency of single vector data and consistency of multi-sources vector data respectively.(1)This paper discusses the consistency constraint about single-source and multi-sources vector data,proposes a method by pre-processing reference data and ontology integration to eliminate heterogeneous problem and points out that it is the prerequisite for the consistency processing for multi-sources spatial data.(2)This paper studies in expression and reasoning of Ontology Rule.A method for verifying consistency of spatial data with ontology rules is proposed.(3)This paper studies the solution for heterogeneous problem about multi-sources spatial data,and describes the specific steps in detail based on the researches done by foreign and domestic researchers.At last,this paper puts forward the choice standards about reference data and a construction method for the application ontology.(4)Experimental design and implementation.This paper validates the method by applying this forementioned method to verify consistency of the land use data.
