The essay focuses on the evaluation of acoustic environment in the environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning. In order to further enrich the evaluation method of noise prediction using GIS and provide a feasible way for more scientific prediction of noise environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning, the detailed and targeted study on noise impact assessment of mine using GIS method is proposed, which is combined with the noise prediction model. The following are the main points in the study.(1)Elaborated the damage of noise pollution and introduce noise standards for open pit mines. The calculation method of multi-type and multi-level noise attenuation was studied.According to the sound pressure level of noise source attenuation formula,we can construct the mine noise prediction model to ensure the calculation model scientific and feasible.Taking limestone open-pit mine in Jurong Xiguoding as an example to demonstrate noise attenuation in blasting noise environment, which can enhance the practical application of research method.(2)The essay use GIS data processing, net construction, visibility analysis and spatial interpolation methods to carry out quantitative analysis of the noise pollution generated in the process of mine blasting mining, which is combined with mathematical operations. In addition, the results of noise attenuation will be visualized.Based on the analysis of noise pollution sensitive target area, such as the level and population distribution of regional ecological red line, the scope and degree of noise pollution will be analyzed.(3)Under the special background of the mine, the partition is calculated by the boundary of the sound barrier and the noise attenuation of the sound barrier was studied in the specific research area. The noise level database was set up by using GIS,Microsoft Excel and the trigonometric function, across the computer, environmental acoustics and space information science.(4)The study makes up for the lack of environmental impact assessment of mine resource planning in the acoustic environment assessment and provides feasible evaluation ideas and evaluation methods for the sub project in environmental assessment.
