In nearly a decade, geological cause has experienced a golden period of development, countries continue to strengthen geological prospecting, the laboratory shall be kept around the introduction of large advanced equipment and new methods, enhance the level of equipment and sample analysis technology ability. At the same time, the emission spectrometry for determination of silver elements such as lead molybdenum tin in geological samples of classical methods, application of nearly 40 years, analysis level is relatively backward, has not developed a better alternative. For the study of the emission spectrometry, mostly focused on the pretreatment method and spectrum method research and optimization, still can not completely solve the analysis process is long, spare parts, material variety, quality is uneven, the results of the analysis the defects of instability.This article introduces the CCD direct reading modification technology, install CCD acquisition system and control system on the original phase plate box parts of spectrograph, through the analog-to-digital conversion unit will collect data transmission to the computer, completely abandoned the phase plate spectrographic, dark room photo development, phase plate spectrum,etc.and simplify the analysis process,in order to improve the analysis accuracy and stability. In the course of applying this technology in my lab, through a large number of contrast experiment instrument condition, sample pretreatment process optimization experiment, electrode processing technology innovation experiment, selected the best instrument parameters and improve the stability of the spectral analysis results, saving the cost analysis. Verified, accuracy, precision, detection limit and the qualified rate of the indicators meet the lab test and the quality control standard of geology and mineral resources(DZ/T 0130-2006).The optimization and application of CCD-1 plane grating arc direct reading emission spectrometer reduce the analysis of the error, improve the quality of analysis and test, save the cost of materials and field in order to speed up the analysis, reduce the labor intensity of spectral analysis personnel, save labor costs, improve the arc emission spectrometer analysis of geological samples analysis technology.
