Freshwater resources are indispensable for human development. Dezhou City,Shandong Province to the last century, large-scale exploitation of groundwater in the1960 s caused by declining groundwater levels, resulting in urban and its surrounding areas a wide range of discontinuous ground subsidence. At the same time affect the gateway to the northwest city of nearly 1.5 million people in the production and life.At this stage there are a number of important areas of the Texas main transport routes, due to serious threat to land subsidence. From the Texas land subsidence center through a number of railways, due to ground subsidence and gravel roadbed repeatedly increased, not only increases the maintenance cost and affect the safety of railway operation. Based on the analysis of the basic geological conditions of the Dezhou area, we can see that the lack of reasonable planning led to uncontrolled over-exploitation of groundwater, resulting in a deep decline in the deep groundwater level aquifers and aquifers have undergone very serious structural deformation.Vertical compression is obvious, there has been a large area of the underground funnel,to the ground building and people's lives caused by a very serious harm and huge economic losses. In this paper, mathematical statistics model and stochastic statistical model( "S-curve") are used to predict the development trend of groundwater exploitation and land subsidence. On the basis of this, three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out according to the relationship between groundwater level descent and land subsidence. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the actual water level and land subsidence in this area, which can be used to predict the land subsidence in this area under certain mining conditions. Finally, some suggestions and suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of land subsidence.
