With the rapid growth of China's economy, expanding urban area, non-urban population to the rapid influx of the city, the urban population increase in high-speed, high-rise and high-rise building is also increasing, the foundation under high load conditions will produce nonuniform deformation building experience sink, future trends building subsidence prediction and construction of the laws of the body, has a very important significance. Deformation monitoring in the management of the most important is related to data management, and most of the conventional methods are currently used, namely manually recording plus some office computer software to calculate and draw graphs, reports, etc. are formed, these methods are not efficient and from a data management point of view it seems confusing. If you can deal with the application of advanced management tools to monitor and manage the entire deformation process used in a variety of data and information, we will be able to more efficiently manage the information and data in order to improve the management level deformation monitoring work, the better for the relevant sector decision support.In this paper, based on the existing theory of wavelet analysis and gray prediction model, pointing out the limitations of gray prediction model and try to de-noising wavelet observation data preprocessing, mixing with a new model to replace the original gray prediction model to achieve more accurate forecasting purposes. In Xi'an Collapsibility Loess region, the building is prone to uneven, a significant settlement, experiments show that in this case, the gray prediction model is not suitable, the prediction accuracy is not high.Advanced theory of wavelet analysis is proposed wavelet de-noising-gray forecasting model mix, after experiments show that in Xi'an Collapsibility Loess region, the mixed model is more suitable for use in building deformation prediction, the prediction accuracy was significantly higher than the classic gray model. On the basis of this study, combined with ideological modern database management technology, geographic information systems, proposed design of deformation monitoring management information system for deformation monitoring information on deformation monitoring and observation data standardized management, help improve the deformation management monitoring, optimizing deformation monitoring method, and for better decision support.
