In this paper,we selected dominant plant community including Ass.Phragmites communis,Ass.Triarrhena lutarioriparia,Ass.Zizania latifolia,Ass.Carex cinerascens,Ass.Phragmites communis-Carex cinerascens,bare mudflat and Burning area from the center of the lake to the beachl in Nanji Mountain and Changhu Chi wetland as the control.We studied the differences of soil physical and chemical properties,soil RubisCO activity and the variation of cbb L and 16 s rDNA gene abun dance were analyzed under different sampling points,different vegetation types and different water levels.(1)There was no significant difference(p>0.05)between soil total nitrogen and nitrogen in different plant types in Nanji Mountain,and the content in normal season more than that in dry season.The soil total nitrogen and nitrogen of T.lutarioriparia was much larger than that of Bare mudflat(p<0.05)in Changhu Chi Wetland,and the content in dry season more than that in wet season.The activities of soil urease activity in the soils of Nanji Mountain and Changhu Chi were used as the first explanatory variables to explain the differences of enzyme activities in different soils,and the activities of urease in different vegetation types showed the trend of T.lutarioriparia>C.cinerascens>Bare mudflat,and the soil enzyme activity of the Nanji Mountain soil formed trend of dry season>wet season>normal season.In Changhu Chi Wetland during the dry season and normol season,there was a high trend of soil enzyme activity in Ca.c and Bare mudflat soil,and did not form a certain trend.The MBC in the soil of Nanji Mountain and Changhu Chi were used as the first explanatory variables to explain the differences of soil microbial activity in different soils.The soil microbial activity in Nanji Mountain were in the trend of T.lutarioriparia>C.cinerascens>Bare mudflat and normal season>dry season ? wet season.In Changhu Chi Wetland during the normol season and wet season showed the trend of Bare mudflat>T.lutarioriparia>C.cinerascens,and showed the trend of T.lutarioriparia > C.cinerascens > Bare mudflat during the dry season.The plant type is the most important factor to make the soil physical and chemical properties change,and all show the trend(T.lutarioriparia>C.cinerascens)of the soil.The changes of water level and sampling point have little effect on soil physical and chemical properties,and the changes of sampling points make the values of soil physical and chemical properties change,but there is no change in the order of explanatory variables explaining the properties.(2)Vegetation cover will promote soil RubisCO activity,the water level has an effect on the enzyme activity.However,this effect is affected by the presence of plant,plant type and sampling point.The only certainty is that the size and direction of this interference only have the plant soil in the dry season,the enzyme activity will rise.The soil activity of RubisCO in Changhu Chi soil in different vegetation types showed the trend of Burn area > T.lutarioriparia > C.cinerascens > Bare mudflat,and the vegetation cover soil was larger than bare mudflat soil in Nanji Mountain Wetland.There was no obvious trend of RubisCO activity during different water level in Nanji Moutain Wetland,while the vegetation cover soil in the Changhu Lake showed the trend of dry season>wet season>normol season,and the bare mudflat soil showed the trend of wet season>normol season>dry season.RubisCO influencing factors were different in different sampling sites,and the RubisCO activity in Changhu Chi Lake was significantly correlated with these variables.Among them,the same influencing factors in Changhu Chi and Nanji Mountain Wetland were TN,TC,REC,TN and TC at different sampling sites Present positive and negative correlation,while REC was negatively correlated.(3)In addition to the normal water period,the cbbL and 16 s rDNA absolute values of different plant types in Changhu Lake wetland basically have the same trend and the wet water period is higher than dry water period,There was no significant trend between cbbL and 16 s rDNA absolute values in different vegetation types and water levels in the Nanji Mountain Wetland.The values of bare mudflat is the lowest in Nanji wetland,while in the Changhu Chi wetland,the values of bare mudflat in the different water period are at a high level.RubisCO activity and cbbL in different sampling points were present positive and negative correlation,the difference were significant,and in the water level is also different.The correlation between RubisCO activity and cbb L / 16 s rDNA ratio was consistent with that of RubisCO enzyme activity and cbbL at the same sampling point.RubisCO influencing factors were different in different sample plot,the same influencing factors in Changhu Chi(r=-0.854**?-0.743*?-0.674*)and Nanji Mountain Wetland(r=0.643*?0.5654*?-0.543*)were TN,TC,REC,and the RubisCO activitiy in Changhu Chi was significantly correlated with these variables than Nanji Mountain.TN and TC at different sampling sites Present positive and negative correlation,while REC was negatively correlated.Changhu Chi soil cbb L and 16 s rDNA absolute value of the water level presented the trend of C.cinerascens>Bare mudflat>Burn area>T.lutarioriparia in normal season and T.lutarioriparia>Bare mudflat>Burn area>C.cinerascens in wet season and dry season.The Nanji Mountain presented the trend of Z.latifolia>P.communis-C.cinerascens>T.lutarioriparia>C.cinerascens > P.communis > Bare mudflat in dry season,T.lutarioriparia >P.communis-C.cinerascens > Z.latifolia > C.cinerascens > Bare mudflat in normal season and C.cinerascens>P.communis>Z.latifolia>T.lutarioriparia>Bare mudflat in wet season.In addition to the normal water period,the cbbL and 16 s rDNA absolute values of different plant types in Changhu Lake wetland basically have the same trend and the wet water period is higher than dry water period,There was no significant trend between cbbL and 16 s rDNA absolute values in different vegetation types and water levels in the Nanji Mountain Wetland.The values of bare mudflat is the lowest in Nanji wetland,while in the Changhu Chi wetland,the values of bare mudflat in the different water period are at a high level.The correlation between the activity of RubisCO and cbbL was positive and negative correlation between Nanji Mountain(r=0.552*,p<0.05)and Changhu Chi(r=-0.575*,p<0.05),and the difference was significant,and it was different in dry season(r=-0.208,p>0.05),normal season(r=0.368,p>0.05)and wet season(r=0.498,p>0.05).The correlation between RubisCO activity and cbbL / 16 s rDNA ratio(r=0.497?-0.545*,p>0.05?p<0.05)in Nanji Mountain and Changhu Lake was consistent with that of RubisCO enzyme activity and cbbL(r=0.552*?-0.575*,p<0.05).
