Reasoning problem and multi-attribute decision-making problem has become a part of our daily life.When we deal with multi-attribute decision-making problems,we must first make the corresponding evaluation of decision-making goals,in fuzzy condition people prefer to evaluate fuzzy linguistic values.As some decision-making problems themselves have certain fuzziness,there exist some information lost in the process of obtaining the evaluation values.The linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic lattice implication algebra not only can deal with both the comparable and uncomparable linguistic value information,but also has the implication operator which can deal with the uncertainty information,which is convenient for the uncertainty reasoning.In this paper,we propose a multi-attribute decision-making problem with attribute values in the form of fuzzy linguistic-value,and propose a model of decision making with uncertainty reasoning based on linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth degree.The main research results are as follows:(1)A method of intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning for linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree 2-tuple is proposed.Firstly,the linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree 2-tuple representation model is proposed.Secondly,we define the linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree of intuitionistic fuzzy pair of linguistic truth-valued,and study on its related properties.We give the implication operator of linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree 2-tuple and achieve the uncertainty reasoning with considering hesitation.Finally,an intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning method based linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree 2-tuple is proposed.The rationality and effectiveness of the decision-making method are illustrated by the selection of excellent employees by the company.(2)The decision model of intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average score function is established.Firstly,the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy function is proposed.and the properties of intuitionistic fuzzy score function are analyzed and proved in detail.Secondly,we take the weight of attributes in decision-making problems into consideration and make a definition about intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average score function.Finally,a decision model of fuzzy weighted average score function is established,and the effectiveness of the decision model is illustrated by the recruiting staff of the company as an example.(3)Based on the linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree 2-tuple representation model and linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy score function,the linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal truth-degree decision model is proposed.The model is analyzed in detail,and the algorithm description and flow chart are given.The model is applied into the selection of excellent students which shows the rationality and validity of the decision model.
