With the rapid development of the mobile internet, the internet of things and the technology of the cloud computing, the number of information in contact with people is growing. In various forms of digital information, the form of linguistic values plays an important part. Since the ambiguity and uncertainty of the linguistic values that the precise logic or mathematical pattern carries significant limitations. In addition, some important details are often hidden in the interior of the linguistic information, and the final decision will be affected. Therefore, the methods of the effective judgment, analysis, evaluation and reasoning of the linguistic information which can better reflect and simulate the pattern of human thinking have become an important part in the intelligent information processing. Based on linguistic truth-valued lattice implication algebra, this paper studies three kinds of implication operators of 6-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy algebra. The paper main production is contained as follows:In the framework of the 2n-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice, this paper introduces the definitions and properties of 6-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy pairs, presents the 6-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice which composed by the intuitionistic fuzzy pairs based on the definition and meaning of the lattice implication algebra, and discusses the comparability and the incomparability. In addition, this paper presents the basic operations include three kinds of implication operators and the related properties are given. Based on the triangle algebraic structure of 2n-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice, this paper defines the 6-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic interval fuzzy pairs, and discusses their integrated operator and comparative method. By applying the theory to the multiple attribute decision-making problems, we build a kind of decision-making method based on the 6-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic interval fuzzy pairs, and an example is given to illustrate the method.To process information expressed by linguistic terms in uncertain environment, we propose a layered reasoning algorithm of the linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice. Based on linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy algebra, the concepts and the properties of a new intuitionistic fuzzy layered aggregation operator and its inverse operator are discussed. By using intuitionistic fuzzy layered aggregation operators, we present two types of implication operators and investigate their properties. A linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy algebra-based reasoning algorithm is given by using intuitionistic fuzzy layered aggregation numbers and the implication operators. We carried out a case study,comparative results using two implication operations demonstrate that the proposed reasoning approach is useful and promising.
