Analysis On China And US Climate Change Cooperation In Research View Of Global Governance

With the deepeni ng of economic globalization,the world is increasi ngly integrated into a unified one.Various global problems and challenges,especially non-traditional security issues,have become important issues in today's international political arena.The global and irreversible effects of climate change have led to a growing political influence on climate change issues.It has been beyond the scope of environmental problems and has become an important issue in many areas,i ncludi ng political stability,economic development,energy security,food security and sustainable development.Climate change is increasingly i ntegrated into a solidarity community.As the world's largest developi ng and developed countries,the world's two largest economies and greenhouse gas emissions,Chi na and the United States has become an important leader ? Stakeholders and agenda makers in climate change governance today.It is esse ntial to the global climate management.With the global climate management pattern and the system of significant changes in the strategic context,and in order to cope with the adverse effects of climate change on Chi na ?the United States and the world,Chi na and the United States should actively play a responsible role in power,improving cooperation consensus,establishing a "wi n-wi n cooperation" concept,reduci ng differences,expanding cooperation,leading and harmonizi ng the countries to acti vely reduce emissions.And they should promote the reali zation of global emission reduction targets and global climate management concepts and mechanisms of innovation,promoting green and low-carbon economy transformation.Based on the public characteristics of the climate resources and the externality of human acti vities,this paper mai nly analyzes the C hina-US climate change cooperation from two structural levels of international and domestic.Based on analysis of global climate management pattern and the system of major changes and Chi na-US cooperation and restriction factors of climate change,China and the United States explore how to effectively promote global climate governance at both international and domestic levels.The paper is divided into three parts: The first part mai nly discusses that with the international system i n a big change,big transformation and great development i n this time,global climate management pattern and system is also making a major change.The second part mai nly analyzes that the basis of C hina-US cooperation in climate change,the positive results of cooperation and the constrai nts of cooperation.And from three aspects discusses the positive factors and constraints of Chi na-US climate change cooperation.The third part is based on the previous two parts,from the international and domestic levels of C hina and the United States in the new period,anglici zing how to deepen climate change cooperation and choose the appropriate path of cooperation.
