Research On Ecological Crisis And Its Evasion Measures In A Perspective Of Technical Risk

In the modern technological society,technical activities are closely interlink with human production and life,and the influences of technology on human society and the ecological environment are enhanced.However,with the emergence of technical risk,it shows the characteristics of technical risk which include the unknown of emergence,the concealment of occurrence,the breadth of influence,and the seriousness of the consequences.The seriousness of the ecological crisis is sufficient to account for the adverse effects on human social development and ecosystem balance which caused by technological risks.Therefore,the key to avoid technical risks and weaken the ecological crisis is analyzing reasons for the formation of technical risk.There are three reasons have been summed up of technical risk in this thesis.The reasons of technology itself include complexity of modern technology,the era of science,and the limitation of cognition of technology subject.The reasons of technical culture include the weakness of risk awareness and the limitation of traditional ethical principles.The reasons of technical society include the technological imbalance which is under the induction of interest,and the technology which is out of control under political confrontation.Based on the analysis of the reasons for technical risk,this thesis put forward some evasion measures to effectively prevent and avoid the ecological harm which caused by technical risk.First of all,the direction of technical development should be changed,in order to make an achievement that the technical development turn into human culture and ecological shift.Secondly,it is important to cultivate the technical risk consciousness and the sense of ethical responsibility especially for the technical subjects,technical decision makers,and other technical participants.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of technical system and the legal binding,to further improve the risk system norms and establish a global ecological management system,so as to prevent technical risks and avoid ecological crisis better.
