| In the history of the years and the course of the development of mathematics,the mathematicians have made great contributions to mathematics.Mathematics can be seen as a mathematicians’ personal creation,and a result of group cooperation.There are many famous mathematicians in the world,such as everyone familiar with the mathematical prince Gauss,Greek mathematician Pythagoras,Father of modern calculus Isaac Newton and Wilhelm Leibniz and so on.As "half of the sky",although the number of female mathematicians is less than the number of male mathematicians,female mathematicians’ attention and influence is not lose to male mathematicians’.The biography of mathematicians is the carrier of recording and spreading the experiences and achievements of mathematicians.In the history of mathematics development,female mathematicians have made great contributions to the development of mathematics.They can not only see the results of their studies from the perspective of female mathematicians,but also taste the legendary experiences of female mathematicians,unique thinking process and firm will quality.Female mathematicians have become models for future generations to learn.The paper starts with the collected biographies of female mathematicians.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics and commonness of female mathematicians as a group.In particular,the difficulty of job hunting caused by the social prejudice,the difficulty of studying and the difficulties are different from male mathematicians’.Then,by using the methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper focuses on the talent factors of female mathematicians.It points out that the influence of family environment is the social reason and the basic reason for them to go on the road of mathematics study.Strong interest in mathematics is the fundamental motivation for their perseverance and the pursuit of truth.In the course of study and research,meeting mentor is the key factor for the success of mathematics research.Combining with the factors of female mathematicians and the current situation of China’s mathematics education,this paper analyzes mathematics teaching and personnel training from the perspective of history of mathematics and mathematics education,give some suggestions on the training female mathematics talents: gradually eliminate discrimination against girls in their study and job search,vigorously cultivate the girl students’ interest in mathematical science,recover the support of family education to women’s choice of Mathematics,establish a positive and good relationship between teachers and students.At present,the proportion of women with master and doctor degrees is higher in China,it provides a rare opportunity for us to train female mathematical talents. |
