| In this paper,We studied the effects of AMF on the physiological growth and the active constitute content of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings under salt-alkaline stresses,the three groups of AMF inoculums include Funneliformis mosseae、Diversispora tortuosa、mixed Funneliformis mosseae and Diversispora tortuosa.The experiment can supply a theoretical foundation of better-using AMF resources to improve Astragalus mongolicus’ quality under the salt-alkaline soilcondition.The followings are results:1.Under salt-alkaline conditions,the germination potential and germination rate of Astragalus mongholicus seeds were declined with increasing degree of salt-alkaline stress.The germination potential and germination rate was highest at 25mmol/L,but was lowest at 125mmol/L.The Astragalus mongholicus seeds germinated better under lower salt-alkaline stress.2.Under salt-alkaline conditions,the leaf salinity index of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings increased while the plant height,root length,leaf number,leaf area,biomass,leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content of Astragalrus mongholicus seedlings decreased.The inoculated AMF treatments are lower than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on leaf salinity index,higher than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on plant height,root length,leaf number,leaf area,biomass,leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content.Inoculating AMF alleviated the growing inhibition under salinity-alkalinity stress obviously.3.Under salt-alkaline conditions,Astragalus mongholicus seedlings’ proline content went up,while soluble sugar content and soluble protein content showed a trend from rise to decline with the increase of salt-alkaline gradient.The inoculated AMF treatments are significantly lower than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on proline content.The inoculated AMF treatments are higher than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on soluble protein.The inoculated AMF treatments are significantly higher than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on soluble sugar.Inoculating AMF alleviated the damage on osmotic balance of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings.4.Under salt-alkaline conditions,with the increase of salt-alkaline gradient,Astragalus mongholicus seedlings’ MDA content increased,SOD activity showed a trend from rise to decline,POD activity and CAT activity decreased.The inoculated AMF treatments are significantly lower than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on MDA content except Ommol/L and 25 mmol/L.The inoculated AMF treatments are higher than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings on SOD、POD、C22AT activity obviously.Inoculating AMF alleviated the damage on cell membrane of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings.5.Under salt-alkaline conditions,the total flavonoids content of Astragalus mongholicus seedlingsdecreased and the polysaccharide content showed a trend from rise to decline.The inoculated AMF treatments are higher than the non-inoculated groups of Astragalus mongholicus seedlings ontotal flavonoids content and polysaccharide content obviously.Inoculating AMF alleviated the inhibition on accumulation of total flavonoids and polysaccharide.6.The colonization rate relationship among these three inoculation groups is FD.mt>F.m>D.t.7.The mixed inoculation group has better affects on promoting seedlings growth and improving effective composition accumulation of Astragalus mongholicus than other inoculation groups. |
