Complex system is the main research object of complexity science,synchronization phenomenon of complex system is a hot topic of current research.In the study of complex systems,complex network was regarded as an important mathematical model,its related theoretical research is of great significance for complex system.Recurrence is a basic properties of the dynamical system,which can be used to analysis system of related issues.Recurrence plot is a visualization tool based on recurrence and recurrence quantification analysis is the measure of recurrence.RP and RQA were used to study complex system as a new method,and widely applied to many of the problems of the complex system.This paper discuss the relationship between the synchronization and the recurrence by the method of the recurrence.It introduces how to detect generalized synchronization and phase synchronization of complex system by using RP in the paper.And it also analysis the problem of three systems of mutual coupling through the relevant characteristics of recurrence networks.In this paper,the main work includes:1? we define a new characteristic quantity which is used to detect the phase synchronization of complex systems.and in the paper we detect generalized synchronization and phase synchronization of system by using RP and RQA.It verifies that under certain conditions generalized synchronization is weaker than the phase synchronization by means of carrying on the numerical simulation to the driver response system.2?we define cross-transitivity and global crossclustering coefficient of three systems,analyze three coupling system's synchronization by the two identities characteristic quantity,going through carrying on the numerical simulation to three unidirectional coupled Rossler system and three unidirectional ring coupled Lorenz system.The result verifies the feasibility of using cross-transitivity and global cross-clustering coefficient analysis three coupled system synchronization.
