In the rapid development of science and technology in the 21 st century,the application of the spray is very broad,it involve all aspects of big industrial production,agricultural production and is also closely related to People’s Daily life.the spray nozzle is one of the most important in the spray system,the original nozzle structure features of good or bad plays a decisive influence on atomization properties,So for studying the characteristics of atomized spray system,we first need to study characteristics of the spray nozzle.Involved in the production and living of atomizing nozzle structure is very simple,but require high injection pressure and the atomization quality is poor.Two-phase spray nozzle is widely used in the field of atomization,its main feature is designed both fluid flow and air flow.Spray principle is through the high pressure gas injection effect,in the nozzle high pressure gas mixed with liquid in the high speed squirt,using the interaction between two phase liquid atomization into tiny droplets.This paper adopts the method of numerical simulation and experimental research on internal mixing type two phase flow nozzle atomization characteristics of study.The research work done in this paper mainly includes the following contents:Theoretical analysis and numerical research.first,Create a numerical model of inside and outside flow field through Solidworks software.Then,using the ICEM for dividing the mesh and Setting the boundary conditions.Then,in the ANSYS Fluent set the initial conditions and calculation of control parameters and other numerical calculation,postprocessing the results.Finally,pressure,speed and other important parameters drawn into a simple and easy-understanding particle map through the post-processing function so that we can easy to analyze the nozzle under different conditions of the two-phase flow characteristics.The experimental study.first,a set of two-phase flow experiment platform was set upunder the limited conditions of the laboratory,and a spray test system was designed.Then,the spray system is tested and the experimental conditions are selected.Then,shooting the spray cone angle,droplet velocity and particle size imaging in the different conditions through the digital camera.Finally,analyzing image through the Photoshop software.Consequently,getting the the variation law of the atomization cone angle with the flow,pressure and other physical quantities and the droplet velocity and particle size variation and uniform distribution in the case of the same flow ant the pressure is different.In this paper,the simulation results are compared with the experimental results.Analyzing the similarity of the two methods by graphic method.The two methods is agreement with each other but the local results are different.It is hoped that the conclusion will provide reference for the future design of the spray.
