| Infectious diseases have been a great threat to the production and life of human beings.Effective prevention and control of infectious diseases is a major problem in the world.It is very important to study and establish a reasonable model of infectious disease.In this paper,we mainly study a kind of infectious disease,which is prevalent in the world but has not been found in china.West Nile virus is an arbovirus,it is the main source of infection in the natural host storage period of viremia virus and the virus of the animal,mainly for birds.The virus can be transmitted to humans through mosquito bites.The bird plays a host role in the transmission,the mosquito plays the role of the media,and they circulate between them.WNV is a new type of pathogenic virus in our country,the general lack of immunity,so once the outbreak,will cause serious consequences.Therefore,it is necessary to study WNV.Chapter 1: mainly introduces the significance of research on WNV,the research status at home and abroad and the research work of this paper.Chapter 2: Because with the growth of logistic population is compared with the actual situation,we consider the system of birds and mosquitoes are logistic growth,on the basis of the model,and the model analysis,the basic reproduction number R0,and show that,when R0<1 disease free point is globally asymptotically stable,and when R0>1 the local disease point,to meet the different conditions,obtained the existence of positive equilibrium point,and do numerical simulation for the model,verify the correctness of the theoretical results.Chapter 3: Taking into account the outbreak of mosquitoes with seasonal,summer and autumn season is the breeding period of mosquitoes,mosquito bite rate is high.On the basis of this model,an epidemic model with a periodic function is established,and the basic reproductive number is obtained.The global stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the exist-ence of positive equilibrium are obtained.Finally,when R0<1 and R0>1 the numerical simulation of the model is carried out,and good results are obtained.Chapter 4: WNV is a zoonotic disease,but also infected people,but people will not be passed on to mosquitoes.Accordingly,this paper established a WNV epidemic model by the host,and the model is analyzed.The basic reproductive number of the model is obtained,when the basic reproduction number is less than 1,the disease-free equilibrium is globally stable,when the basic reproduction number is greater than 1,the stability of the positive equilibrium analysis,numerical the simulation verifies the correctness of the theoretical results.Chapter 5: Summary and prospect of future work. |
