In matter around us,only colorless combinations of strongly interacting elementary particles, quarks and gluons, are present.Having the research of the new material which called QGP(quark gluon plasma)predicted by lattice QCD is of great significance for us to understand the origin of the universe and the smaller scale of the material structure.Advanced scientific conditions provide a high energy condition for us to detect QGP.The experimental results provide us the information of final state particles which make us to searching for QGP's kinetics.Hadronization process has not yet been well described well by QCD theory,so should we search for some phenomenological method.Statistical model is one of the effective way to describe the hadronization process, simple statistical model requires only temperature which labeled T and chemical potential ?B,only by this way can simulated yields and the transverse momentum information of final particles, but it is encountering some challenge with the LHC Experimental gradually carried out.But after the continuous attempt, the statistical model has introduced a number of new physical quantities and has been successful, including the SHM(statistical hadronization model). The information of the particle yields presented by chemical nonequilibrium SHM is is in good agreement with the experimental value, but the description of the dynamics process of the hadronization must depends on the further theoretical support. The phenomenon of strangeness enhancement provide us a possible estimation method to determine whether the QGP transformation has occured. The ratio of K/? may provide us an effective measuring method, referring to other paper in each energy region about its ratio are analyzed and compared. The main work of this paper is the statistical analysis of the yields of net-Kaon.The distribution of multiplicity is a significant observable physical quantity, which contains dynamical information of evolution. The fluctuation of net baryon number may contain the key information for reading the critical point of phase transition. We compared the expected value of the theoretical calculation with the net yield of SHM to verify the reliability of the description. Then,we use the higher moments method to describe the distribution of the net-Kaon with the help of Poisson distribution. The particles produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions are limited,so it is impossible to avoid the influence of statistical effects on the higher moments. The higher moments are dependent on energy and centrality, dependent behavior. The statistics fluctuation of higher moments plays a dominant role in the fluctuation of experimental result.Eliminating the statistical fluctuation so that observe directly on the dynamics of high order moments present us a effective method to determine whether phase transition have took place. Finally,we summarized the work of this paper and look forward to the possibility that the quantitative calculation can be used for the high order moment method.
