Coastal and estuarine area,with its location advantages of flat terrain,convenient transportation often to be the economic center in densely populated and industrial developed region,But the region is located in the tidal zone,perennial threatened by floods seriously,the normal life of the people is severely affected,in coastal and marine area,either construction and production or disaster prevention,accurate tide level analysis and forecasts are important,the conventional conventional tidal harmonious analysis method is dependent on the method of least squares which using hourly tide data to do tidal harmonic analysis and forecasting,although the exact calculations,This method also requires on the data,data preprocessing is tedious,while large amount of calculation comes along,Therefore,this paper proposes a simple and effective method based on high and low data,This tidal harmonious analysis method is clear in the principle and small demand on samples,and the prediction is accuracy with the conventional methodTaking off the outside sea of the Yangtze River estuary and water level of tidal reach forecasts to reach the goal,carry out exploration and research of the tidal harmonic analysis,at the background of high and low tide data information,obtain tidal level by means of interpolation method,Study the relationship between the right weight and tidal range or runoff when using different interpolation,then the weight is introduced into the method of least squares tidal harmonic analysis,by weight constraints,improve tide forecast accuracy,Although the tide can improve forecast accuracy,but it is still not ideal,so this article further proposed predictor-corrector method,the above tidal predictions will to be corrected,improve the accuracy of the interpolation water level,ensure the precision of the water level and water level harmonic analysis forecast at the same time.This study is based on the high and low tide tide level data to achieve accurate forecasts,the forecasting model process involves the interpolation method,A comprehensive comparative analysis of the currently popular interpolation methods is done on the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages,From feasibility and fit with the papers,selected triangular wave and sine wave two kinds of interpolation methods using Lvhua shan tide gauge stations and Jiangyin tide gauge stations to Contrast Verification the results from feasibility and fitting effect,results show that the effect of the interpolation to achieve the desired goal and meet the requirements of this studyIn the study,using different interpolation methods to obtain tidal level,retain the error between interpolation tide and measured tide,established the relationship of Weight between the tidal range when using different interpolation methods,And the measured coefficients by the calibration and regression analysis through measured data,Then,the weight relationship is introduced into the least square method to do tidal harmonic analysis and to achieve the tide level forecast,With traditional weights without considering the level forecast results were compared to verify.The results show that the tide level considering weight forecasting model traditional model prediction accuracy improved comparing to former one.In order to further improve the prediction accuracy,this paper presents ideas and methods of the predictor-corrector method?In this paper,I take the aim at the prediction model for tidal river level.Through the study,and found that when a tidal river stage forecasting model of runoff approaching infinity level is infinite,which is contrary to that the water level for the physical mechanism of constant when runoff infinite tidal reaches of the variable to the river.Based on the principle of rational fraction function,a forecast model of the tidal reach based on the high water and low water data is constructed in this paper.The model was applied to Jiangyin water level forecast in,verified the sense of tidal reach of the traditional water level forecasting model and the Fangxin model.Results show that the predicted results compared with the above two model has higher prediction accuracy.Finally,in this paper we use the C#language,combined with GIS technology.We design and develop the taste of the Yangtze River water level of tidal reach of forecasting system based on GIS,and initially realize the water level forecast of the Yangtze River Estuary based on high and low tide data and its adjacent sea and tidal river section.
