In this paper,according to the general monomer anti-slide pile and anti-slide plug in some specific circumstances the application of limitations,a new type of composite ladder-plug structure has been established(This is more suitable for the new composite anti-slip support structure),the compound ladder-plug structure is made up of a series of ladder-plug structural elements,each ladder-plug unit by the rectangular vertical leg,horseshoe-shaped cross arm and horizontal locking plug three basic unit rigid combination.In view of the lack of complex ladder-plug structure of the application of experience and measured data,there is no mature analytical theory and calculation method,at the same time due to the composite ladder-plug structure of the special size and layout,It is difficult to carry out effective and in-depth analysis through conventional calculation methods and empirical theories,therefore,this paper mainly through the numerical simulation of the composite ladder-plug structure of the anti-skid mechanism,reinforcement effect and structural force and other aspects of the study,and the composite ladder-plug structure and multi-row conventional anti-slide pile structure analysis,to study the economic and suitability of compound ladder-plug structure in landslide treatment;At the same time,the construction technology of composite ladder-plug structure and the key technology of construction are put forward,And provide reference and basis for the engineering practice of compound ladder-plug structure.The corresponding analytical findings are as follows:(1)Select the appropriate landslide and composite ladder-plug structure physical model,and a three-dimensional numerical model of landslide analysis based on FLAC3 D program is established,the ideal elastic-plastic molar-coulomb constitutive model is used for the rock mass,the composite ladder-plug structure is modeled by pile element,calculation of Stability State of Landslide Based on Strength Reduction Method and Mechanical State Index of Limit State.The simulation results show that the composite ladder-plug structure is not set up,the composite ladder-plug structure is set,the multi-row conventional anti-slide pile structure and the transverse locking key are removed,and the effects of structural and landslide soils are obtained.(2)By contrasting without setting the structure and setting the compound ladder-plug structure,numerical simulation of landslide shear strain increment,displacement vector,plastic zone distribution and stability safety factor index,It is considered that the anti-slip mechanism of the composite ladder-plug structure can significantly reduce the degree of development of the plastic strain zone,reduce the shear deformation of the sliding zone and block the overall displacement of the landslide,and it can effectively strengthen the structure of the area of rock and soil,give full play to the overall anti-slip support.Therefore,the key structure binding compound ladder integrated anti-skid function both structural types and the slide pile bond,and more fully play the slope of the reinforcement of the anti-slide effect,which significantly improves the overall stability and safety margin of the landslide body,has a wider applicability to landslide control works.(3)By comparing the composite ladder-plug structure with the total structure of the multi-row conventional anti-slide pile structure,found that the compound ladder-plug structure of the material consumption of less,more economical;By comparing the shear strain increment,the displacement vector,the plastic zone distribution and the stability safety factor of the numerical simulation of the landslide,It is found that the effect of compound ladder-plug structure is better than that of conventional anti-slide pile: By comparing the internal force distribution and the displacement vector calculation index of both axial force,shear force and bending moment,It is found that the internal force and deformation distribution of the two structures are generally similar,but the composite ladder-plug structure in the pile and pile ends connected to the layout of the body can be more significant resistance to the role of landslide load,so that the shear value is smaller and the shear distribution is more balanced and more coordinated,more conducive to play and move the ladder-plug structure of all segments of the axial resistance and the overall role of bending support.(4)According to the existing construction theory and similar engineering experience,describes the layout of the compound ladder-plug structure,the construction technology of compound ladder-plug structure is put forward,And from the key construction technology,key structural measures and effect monitoring measures and other aspects of the three aspects of research and summary.The construction method of compound ladder-plug structure should follow the basic principles of dynamic design and information construction,the positioning method of the hole is determined by tracking the sliding belt,at the same time follow the grading parallel,from the flat hole to the construction of the excavation process.Key construction technology is mainly reflected in the maintenance of the construction period of the cave stability,protection of the integrity of the underground seepage monitoring and other three aspects.
