Huainan coal field hydrogeological conditions are complex,abundant water supply,including surface water,Cenozoic loose water,coal sandstone water,Carboniferous Taiyuan limestone water,Ordovician,Cambrian limestone water.In the process of coal mining,the problem of water inrush is serious.It is the most important link in the process of water pollution prevention and control when the mine is inrush water.Therefore,it is necessary to find a quick and accurate method to judge the water inrush.Taking the Xieyin Mine,Xinzhuangzi Coal Mine and Lizuizi Mine in Huainan Mining Area as an example,the Cenozoic loose layer water,coal sandstone fissure water,limestone water and goaf area were studied by conventional water chemistry ion factor analysis and correlation analysis Water,Austrian gray water water characteristics,analysis of water samples of conventional water chemical ion content composition,to determine whether the standard water samples with hydraulic connection.The results show that the contents of K+Na+ and HCO3-are significantlylower than those of Ca2+ and Mg2,and the total distribution of Ca2 and Mg2 is more,But the anion is still based as HCO3-,the old empty water K++Na+ and SO42-high content.The results show that there are strong hydraulic connections between the two aquifers.The similarity analysis shows that the old empty water is partly derived from the gray water and the coal sandstone water receives the Cenozoic pore water or limestone water supply.The samples were selected by cluster analysis,and the characteristic indexes of each aquifer were selected by principal component analysis and factor analysis.The Bayes stepwise discriminant method and BP neural network discriminant method were used to establish the water source discriminant model respectively,and the results were compared and analyzed.The results show that BP neural network discriminant method is more accurate than Bayes stepwise discriminant method and the result is more accurate.The Bayes stepwise discriminant principle and the matrix theory are used to establish the comprehensive water source discriminant calculation model,and the result is close to the actual result.The research results are of great significance for the identification of water inrush from each coal mine in Huainan coal field.
