With the growing problem of grain(food)security,the rapid progress of agricultural modernization,increasingly importance has been attached to cultivated land auality and quantity.Whether it is the land consolidation implemented in the past or the well-facilitied farmland construction carried out at present,all has made great contributions to China's food security and the improvement of agricultural production condition modernization.At present,the research on the construction of well-facilitied farmland in China mainly focuses on the specific construction way.However,the research on site selection and space-time layout of well-facilitied farmland construction is relatively few.This thesis,mainly using GIS as a technique,studies the location,space-time layout and construction mode of high well-facilitied construction in Xuanhan County,and the research results can help the relevant department in the research area to be more accurate and intuitive to know the appropriate construction areas and the construction mode of well facilitied farmland,and also provides reference for the spatial and temporal layout and construction mode of well-facilitied farmland construction based on GIS in similar hilly and mountainous areas,therefore,it has strong practical value and theoretical significance.This essay,starting from the core meaning of well-facilitied farmland,considering the substantial condition of Xuanhan County,selecting the natural quality evaluation factors such as soil condition,topographic condition,climatic condition,infrastructure and so on,using GIS software as the main with its powerful spatial analysis ability,by using the grid computing and spatial interpolation as the core calculation method,the site model of the well-facilitied farmland construction in Xuanhan County has been built.In the meanwhile,from the perspective of development,based on the direction of " The Multiple Planning Integration ",two external correction factors,that is,comprehensive location conditions and government decision making,have been filtered.Then modifying the site model to get the final well-facilitied farmland spatial layout in Xuanhan County.Next,on the basis of the well-facilitied farmland spatial distribution sorted by score,which is analyzed by GIS,combined with the “The 13 th Five-Year Plan” and related planning at the same time,which were approved by agriculture bureau,ministry of land and resources and other related departments,taking " the Multiple Planning Integration " into consideration,the time consequence of well-facilitied farmland construction is obtained.In the end,using the hierarchical clustering method to cluster the cultivated land in the confirmed well-facilitied farmland construction area with the application of SPSS software,and the transformed limiting factors in the well-facilitied farmland construction could be found,that is,the well-facilitied Farmland construction mode.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:1.Excepting well-facilitied farmland area that have been established during "The 12 th Five-Year Plan",there's around 24,000 hectares of the well-facilitied farmland construction area in Xuanhan County during "The 13 th Five-Year Plan",which is mainly distributed in Qili Township,Tiansheng town,Baishu town,Dukou Township,Fankuai town,Qishu Township,Changxi Township,Huajing Town,Nanba Town,Shuanghe Town,Liuchi Township,Qingxi Town,Bajiao Town,Xiaba Township,White Horse Township and other towns.2.Short term well-facilitied farmland construction is mainly distributed in: Bashan Grand Canyon Scenic Area,the south and central and western regions of the county,with a total area of 10251.1 hectares,accounting for 42.54% of the scale of well-facilitied farmland construction.The medium-term construction is mainly distributed along the "three rivers,one road",that is front of river,mid-river,bottom of river,along the State Road 210.It covers total area of 7439.57 hectares,accounting for 30.87% of well-facilitied farmland construction scale.Long term construction mainly composed of the remaining well-facilitied farmland area,mainly including the townships and towns such as Fengcheng town,Changxi town,Tahe Township,Liuchi Township,Hongling Township,Mingyue Township,Liangfeng Township,Xinhua Township,Shitie Township and so on.It covers the total area of 6405.12 hectares,accounting for 26.58% of well-facilitied farmland construction scale.3.The construction mode of well-facilitied farmland construction in Xuanhan County includes types of slope control engineering,ecological improvement engineering and infrastructure perfection engineering.Infrastructure perfection engineering type is an area of 14187.19 hectares,which accounts for 38.44% of identifiedly well-facilitied farmland layout area,including Baishu Town,Qili Township and the eastern Tiansheng Town as well as the Liuchi Township,Qingxi Town,Sanhe Township,Huangshi Township and Xiaba Township,etc which the front river and the back river go through.The slope control engineering type is mainly distributed in the central and western Xuanhan County,mainly including Qingyun Township,Aikou Township and Madu Township in the west,Changxi Township,Huangjin Town,Nanping Township,Baima Township,Guanshan Township,Taohua Township of Fengcheng Town in the middle along with Chahe Township and Tahe Township in the east as well as Mingyue Township,Hongling Township,Donglin Township of Juntang Town,Miaoan Township,Tianbao Township of the back river basin and western Tianbao Town.It covers an area of 12077.88 hectares which accounts for 32.73% of identified layout area of well-facilitied farmland.Farmland ecological improvement engeneering type is mainly distributed in Huachi Township,Hujia Town,Puguang Town,Tuzhu Township,Shuanghe Town and Dacheng Town in the western Xuanhan County as well as Bajiao Town,Liangfeng Towship and Shangxia Township along with TianTai Township,Wubao Town,Huajing Town,Tuhuang Town and Fankuai Town of the former river basin.It covers an area of 10641.20 hectares which accounts for 28.83% of layout area of well-facilitied farmland.
