China has a vast marine territory and is rich in marine resources,so a kind of underwater measurement equipment which has the ability to obtain a variety of data for a long time is needed in marine environmental monitoring, underwater target detection and other fields. As a continuous data acquisition device that can be used in a fixed rang, the buoy plays a great role in the marine data collection. In this paper, by comparing the design scheme of buoy system domestic and overseas, decided to use Beidou module on the base of multi-channel data acquisition buoy system. In order to ensure the buoy works after laid and improve the reliability of equipment, data collected by the buoy system can be transmitted to the remote command mother ship. The design is divided into four parts: beacon light and control part, anolog part of data acquisition, digital part of data acquisition, storage part of data acquisition.Beacon light and control part choose STM32 as the main chip, mainly used for processing data receiving from the serial port of PC, GPS and satellite communication data acquired by Beidou module. Anolog part of data acquisition includes amplification, filtering,single-ended signal transfer to differential signal, conduct signal conditioning of the hydrophone signal. Digital part of data acquisition chooses FPGA as the main chip to design NIOS II system to achieve 32-channel data acquisition and Ethernet transmission. Storage part of data acquisition is based on the UWP which installed on Windows 10 IoT Core System on the Raspberry Pi card computer to achieve reception and storage of Ethernet data.In the last part of this paper, the function of buoy system has been tested in order to verify the realization and stability of the function of the buoy system.
