Design And Implementation Of Weather Facsimile Receiver Module Based On Dual-core Processor

With the pace of global economic integration accelerating, ocean navigation is becoming increasingly prevalent,weather facsimile data demand is no longer confined to the military field, also began to be used in daily life. Weather facsimile receiver as one of the ways to obtain weather fax information has become an important device for ship navigation safety .However looking at today's domestic weather facsimile machine, the client must use corresponding equipment, which is different from the modern design goals of pursuiting more intelligent and more portable.This paper presents a design of the weather facsimile receiver modual based on the dual core processor,combined with the webserver network technology,embedded development technology and weather facsimile communication technology,the construction of the webserver method allows users to access and control the weather facsimile machine, checking weather facsimile chart. According to the communication process and working principle of weather facsimile, the design and implementation of shortwave receiver is achieved. Dual core processor is designed as server kernel and the data acquisition also the front end control kernel.The server kernel running the uC/OSIII operating system, with the function of external browser network connection,network packet analysis,software demodulation of sampling data and image file generation; Data acquisition also the front end control kernel achieves facsimile signal reception by analyzing command control word from the kernel server and controlling the front end as well as the ADC module.The weather facsimile machine use time control as the control mode. The user does not need to carny out other operations in the setting of receiving parameters for the fax.The facsimile machine receive the weather facsimile chart according to the time setting automatically,and the web page updates the completed page in time.This paper gives a detailed description on the design of weather facsimile receiver module as well as the system software scheme of dual core processor.At the end of paper the debugging result of the system is given.The weather facsimile receiver based on dual core processor solves several problems such as high power consumption,low resource utilization and inconvenient operation, as well as providing a possibility for civilian the popularity of facsimile machine.
