Marine science data,as a strategic resource of China's marine science and technology innovation and development,is an element of sustainable development.However,the traditional marine science data management platform is mainly based on the text and picture information,which cannot express the spatial location of marine information and visual display preferable.In addition,the marine science data involving a large number of disciplines,with characteristics such as scattered data collection,complex data types,different data formats,is difficult to process and make visual expression.In this paper,through the introduction of WEBGIS technology,based on the characteristics of marine science data,combining the marine science data service,research and analyze the construction of the data storage structure model of multi-source heterogeneous marine science data,data extraction and analysis,quality control mechanism,visual expression and so on.In addition,the integration management,analysis and visualization of marine science data are realized through the combination of computer technology and marine science data service.The research results are helpful to enhance the availability,accuracy and completeness of marine science data,and to provide scientific support for the related departments to make the marine management decision.According to the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneity of marine science data,this paper constructs a standard storage structure model,which centers on the integrated component reading and analysis technology based on factory design pattern,and is applied to the data processing procedure combining with quality control model,etc.It integrates the spatial data analysis function based on WEBGIS technology,constructs the reuse class with the spatial analysis tool provided by Arc GIS Engine,and forms a flexible and universal data processing method for use in the key links of data management and processing analysis.This paper analyzes the characteristics of marine science data visualization,completes the dynamic extraction of marine science data,and transforms the data into a visualization layer by interpolation,transformation,smoothing and drawing.The techniques and algorithms of different data mapping are studied for,including Kriging interpolation algorithm,dynamic hierarchical grid rendering,thinning algorithm processing,min-max normalization,and so on.With the help of Skyline platform,the dynamic and static visualization methods,the two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization methods of marine science data are integrated to realize the more efficient,accurate,direct and clear display of marine science data.A platform for marine science data resource management service based on WEBGIS is developed in order to build a platform for data resource management service,which gives priority to integration and popularization,supplemented by different disciplines and specialization.It provides clean,accurate and simple information for the marine information departments to improve the degree of intelligent management of marine information.
