Design And Implementation Of Marine Environment Spatial Data Management And Network Visualization System

The global marine environmental changes have become a hot topic all around the world, while GIS researchers' attentions are attracted by the research on marine GIS technology and applications. How to express the marine environment and its changes intuitively and vividly is becoming a national academic research focus. Marine environment spatial data is fundamental for analyzing and expressing the marine environment; therefore how to organize, store and manage the marine environment spatial data which can be obtained real-timely is an emphasis of this paper. The research on visualizing data intuitively, analyzing and applying data is based on it. As the marine environment remote sensing data has the character of real-time, realizing visualization of data stored in the database can be accurately reflected the real-time status of the marine environment, particularly on the internet. But at present researches on marine environmental data network visualization, in particular, the three-dimensional sphere network visualization are few and far between, so how to visualize and analyze data on the internet is another emphasis in this paper.Firstly, this paper revolved around designing and implementing marine environment spatial data management and network visualization system, and it has analyzed the spatial database technology, two-dimensional web map technology, as well as three-dimensional earth technology. At the same time, web services which expand the three-dimensional earth development were also introduced.Then it brought up several technical method solutions in the system, including data management technology, two-dimensional map demonstration the map services dynamically published technology, dynamic display of data on three-dimensional sphere and query analysis technology, as well as put forward the effective solutions.Based on the researches above, it has researched the way of organizing the marine environment data with the characters of timeliness and mass data, and established the marine environment spatial databases; then the marine environment spatial data management and network visualization system was brought about. It has carried on the effective management and sharing the marine environment spatial data in the system, and completed two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization expresses and analysis of the data on the network so as to provide the convenience and effective tools for marine researchers to analyze and use the data, observe marine environment changes and protect the marine environment.
