Microfluidic chip is the basic function of biochemistry in a smaller platform,presenting the advantages of portability,low cost,small environmental pollution,flexible channel design,high integration and multi-function.It provides a more convenient way to study chemistry and biology.Firstly,this paper hasstudied the microfluidic chip fabrication and application of quantum dot biological markers,different channel structure by COMSOLMultiphysicssoftware aboutthe velocity field is simulated and analyzed,obtaining the suitable size of micro channels in the cell culture process,then the microfluidic chip was fabricated and modified,the biological function was achieved by changing the material's hydrophobic for adherent cell culture.Lastly,combined with ternary quantum dots(Cu In S2),because of its low toxicity,good biological compatibility,obvious spectrum,and visible fluorescence signal,biological marker was carried out after modified with folic acid.The microfluidic chip combines with ternary quantum dots,can achieve the quantitative analysis,and improve the detection sensitivity of quantum dot labeling,which presents a broad prospect in the biological markers.
