With the continuous fermentation of the South China Sea issue,the issue of safeguarding maritime rights in China is becoming more and more important.At present,marine platforms and ocean data buoys are mainly used for monitoring in China.However,the main task of offshore platforms are lack of economy and flexibility for maritime monitoring tasks.And the ocean data buoys are limited in size,so they have been limited in the observation ability.As a conclusion,they are not enough for more efficient observation,because of this,a new marine structure model of column stabilized mooring floating platform was designed,the floating platform is the first in the world,and there is no direct reference,therefore,the structure of the floating platform needs verification and optimization.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)The structure of floating platform is made overall strength calculation according to the following steps: Firstly,4 of typical working condition are choose according to the structure characteristics of the floating platform;Then,the parameters of the design wave of 4 typical working conditions are obtained according to the design wave theory and the wave loads under various working ocean conditions are obtained by the design wave;Finally,calculating of overall strength of platform structure by the finite element calculation method under wave load,and compare the results of calculation and The relevant reference to determine the strength of the floating platform.(2)For the local structure of floating platform affected by the cable force,the paper has done the following jobs for the Strength check: Firstly,using the AQWA software platform of the hydrodynamic model of frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis,we can obtained largest cable force in a once-in-a-century condition;Then get the maximum stress of local structure based on the local structure exert the function of cable force,through the check with the related reference,proving the mooring structure’s safety.(3)In order to reduce the force of mooring,the optimization of the mooring system is carried out by this paper,Firstly,the paper has compared of four kinds of cable scheme,and select the best scheme from them;then through the optimization design by goal-driven,we can obtain the optimal weight and length of cable;Finally,the improvement of the new mooring scheme is obtained by calculating the parameters of the optimal design and the original scheme respectively under the five sea conditions and the one hundred year sea condition.
