| As important renewable energy,ocean energy mainly includes wave energy,tidal current energy,tidal energy,thermal energy,salinity gradient energy,etc.,which contains a lot of energy.The development and utilization of ocean energy are of great significance to many countries,especially those rich in ocean resources.Tidal current energy,as a kind of marine renewable energy,has great advantages because of its sustainability,high energy density,and predictability.Therefore,it is very necessary to design the tidal current energy device and its mooring device according to the corresponding environment.In this paper,according to the marine environmental conditions near Zhoushan,the mooring system design for the 600 k W tidal current energy test platform is studied.According to the horizontal displacement of the platform and the load of the anchor chain,the numerical analysis and parameter optimization of different mooring schemes are carried out.First,the model of a 600 k W tidal current energy test platform is established according to the carrier size,and the hydrodynamic analysis of the tidal current energy carrier platform is carried out.The hydrodynamic coefficients and forces of the turbine are loaded on the tidal current energy carrier to realize the coupling calculation,which provides the calculation basis for the subsequent mooring system design and time-domain calculation.Secondly,according to its environmental conditions,the mooring system is designed and selected,and two schemes are selected to complete the calculation and analysis of the mooring system.Complete the check of the mooring system under damaged conditions,and finally complete the design of the anchor block,and obtain the best scheme through comparative analysis.According to the selected mooring design plan,the force analysis of the mooring force under different sea conditions is carried out.The maximum flow velocity and wave height environmental conditions that the mooring system can withstand under the normal working conditions of the hydraulic turbine are obtained,and the corresponding calculation of safe sea conditions of the tidal current energy test platform is completed.In order to meet the needs of subsequent upgrading and transformation,on the basis of the original tidal current energy test platform,the MW-level test platform has been expanded.The MW-level tidal current energy test platform and the corresponding mooring system are designed to complete its hydrodynamic calculation and time-domain calculation.Calculate and analyze the influence of the heavy block structure on the mooring system,and calculate the influence of adding elastic cables of different lengths on the mooring system to optimize the entire mooring system. |
