In the past ten years,the intelligent technology of mobile phones has developed rapidly.Smart phone users are becoming more and more common.People have higher requirements for the user experience of mobile phones,which accelerates the speed of mobile phone replacement.The replacement of mobile phone users speed from four years to ten years ago,now reduced to18 months or so,the attendant problem is the accumulation of a large number of discarded mobile phone.This not only causes a waste of resources,but also because the material structure of waste inside the mobile phone,the mobile phone of the discarded waste will cause a large degree of pollution the environment.Therefore,the recovery of the mobile phone is not only an economic problem,is a closely related with the environment problem.The recycling market is not standardized,and the recovery of China's mobile phone users awareness is weak,resulting in a highly mobile phone holding rate,low recovery rate of mobile phone status.The rise of the Internet platform to recovery recovery needs,but still not enough to make the recovery status over a matter,so how to improve the recovery of the popularity of the site,mobile phone won the trust of users,will improve the recovery of mobile phone users in China,is mainly discussed in this paper.The problem about recycling second-hand mobile phone has been on a large number of literature research,and has made a lot of theoretical and practical results.For the advertising effect and reputation effect also has a large number of domestic and foreign literature to study,and the research literature on the effects of advertising effect and reputation effect on recovery site is still relatively scarce,so the effect of advertising with the popularization and development of internet word-of-mouth influence recovery platform,The main research contents are as follows:1.The research on the necessity and elaborate the background,describes the feasibility research and the scientific value.And the related theory of the research,the main ?Ito equation and deduction,has the advantages of word-of-mouth research and application of Anylogic and its contribution to this paper can not be replaced.2.Respectively,to explore the impact of advertising effect and reputation effects on the network platform.This will affect the recovery factor of the network recovery platform awareness is divided into two: the effect of advertising and word-of-mouth effect.This paper discusses the mathematical solution of advertising effects in the third part,which provides a theoretical basis for the prediction of the advertising effect,and influence the website trading volume provides a theoretical basis for the following simulation values of advertising effect.The fourth part of the two dimensions of reputation effects on recovery of network platform,through structural equation analysis and evaluation of quantity and reputation score of the trust relationship network platform,the biggest impact factors on site reputation,reputation and influence the effect of mobile phone users will recovery.3.Measure the effect of advertising in the above theoretical predictions,and word-of-mouth effect on network recovery of correlation factors in selection platform,the two part of the theoretical prediction of the value of Anylogic to create the bass diffusion model and sensitivity analysis model,and select the appropriate step model adjustment,intuitive and dynamic simulation and prediction model,see clearly the advertising effect is more obvious,the higher the impact factor of mouth effect,potential customers to make more mobile phone recycling and recovery options,choose faster.The conclusions of this study not only for how to expand the network recovery platform market response,also provides theoretical support for how to improve the recovery of awareness of mobile phone users and to make reasonable predictions for the research space,brand website can use advertising and word-of-mouth to create recycling market,The recovery mentality of mobile phone users makes our mobile phone users not unfamiliar with recycling,and they prefer to believe that recycling websites can make them satisfied with their services.
