Research On Promoting Mechanism Of Buliding Industrialization In Jiangxi Province Based On Structural Equation Model

Traditional building production methods generally have problems such as high energy consumption of building resources,low production efficiency,quality of engineering and worrying about safety.China's demographic dividend is gradually disappearing,and the problem of oversupply of steel production is becoming more and more prominent.Building industrialization can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional building production methods,help reduce construction enterprise costs,reduce environmental pollution,improve construction quality and safety,and promote the entire building technology advancement and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the above reasons,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is imminent,but the level of China's building industrialization lags far behind that of developed countries.Compared with the first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,the level of industrialization of construction is lagging behind,so it is necessary to be in Jiangxi Province.To promote the industrialization of buildings,we must first figure out what are the obstacles and what we should do to address these factors.Based on this background,the thesis has done the following work: Firstly,by studying the existing literature and combining the actual situation,it distinguishes the related concepts that are easily confused with the industrialization of the building,and redefines the connotation of industrialization of buildings;secondly,through The co-word analysis and expert interview method determined 37 factors restricting the development of building industrialization in Jiangxi Province.Then,through the modeling and empirical analysis of structural equations,the degree of influence of constraints on the industrialization of buildings was obtained,and the design of industrialization in Jiangxi Province was promoted.The mechanism provides the basis;finally,based on the above research results and the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,the promotion recommendations of the six aspects of organization,policy,market,management,technology and talent are put forward.This paper determines the factors restricting the industrialization of Jiangxi's construction,and quantitatively analyzes it.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the industrialization of buildings in Jiangxi Province.On the theoretical level,it enriches the relevant concepts of the development of industrialization of buildings,and provides reference and suggestions for government departments at the practical level.
