Circular RNA is a special kind of endogenous non-coding RNA that produced in the process of RNA shearing.It is a ring structure formed by head and tail covalent bonds and widely exists in biological body,which is mainly composed by exons and(or)introns.As the new member of non-coding RNA family,it has the characteristic of stable structure properties,highly conservative species,special tissues and cells,which receives extensive attention and study of the medical profession.Circ RNA mainly regulates the expression of target genes through the cavernous role of mi RNA and has played a vital role in the occurrence and development of many diseases.In recent years,it has gained greater results especially in the study of tumor diseases.It is very likely that circ RNA becomes new molecular targeted markers and therapeutic targets and shows great significance in the treatment of neoplastic diseases.This study summarizes the latest circ RNA research situation.
