Data is an important part of GIS,its quality directly affects the country's various industries departments to make correct and reliable decision and analysis using GIS data.Therefore,with the rapid development of computer technology and GIS technology,it is particularly important to use the current computer technology to check the quality of GIS data,especially the quality of the vector data for providing the correct,reliable and scientific vector data.Compared with the previous geographic information data,geographic condition monitoring vector data operating a wider range and content,its accuracy requirements are higher.At present,the vector data quality inspection software mainly has two problems: on the one hand,the inspection content is not comprehensive enough and the check efficiency is not high;on the other hand,the versatility is low,it can not meet the frequent changes in the data organization and inspection rules.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the geographic condition monitoring vector data as the main research object,and designs a set of highly versatile data quality inspection system.First of all,through the detailed analysis of the data of geographical conditions monitoring results,this paper sums up the quality of its vector data inspection content;Secondly,the database template,the scheme database and the rule base needed in the quality inspection process are designed;Finally,the system architecture and function modules are designed in detail,and then the system is developed by writing the corresponding code.This paper has made the following main achievements:(1)Design database templates,quality inspection rules database,program database,and results database.The database template contains the correct data organization of the result data,which solves the problem that the versatility of the system is not high because of the data organization structure is different;The program database contains all the quality check rules for specific results data,and the user can modify the program database to achieve quality checks for different data;quality inspection rules database includes all the topology check rules involved in the inspection process.When performing a topology check,the check function in the rule base is invoked;quality check error information is stored in the inspection result database,the user can modify the data according to the error information in the database.(2)According to the design principle of system uniformity and security of GIS system,the object-oriented software development method is used to design the system architecture and function module,it also designs the three functional modules of the system,including graphic image management module,inspection module and result management module;(3)Using the ArcEngine components and C # language to develop the system,and finally achieve a versatile vector data automatic inspection system.This system not only can carry on the quality inspection to the geographic condition monitoring vector data,but also may carry on the quality inspection to other geographic information data by creating different program database.
