Geographical Conditions Survey Database Construction And Quality Control

Geographical situation investigation was carried out analysis and evaluation system on a regional physical geography, human geography survey, offer decision service for the local economy, social development. Li Keqiang prime minister pointed out in May 23,2011 to inspect the China innovation base mapping: "geographical conditions is important basic conditions, is an important basis for decision-making, improving macroeconomic regulation to promote sustainable development, and is also an important support for the construction of responsible government, the service government.Combined with "3S" technology to carry out the construction of geographic conditions database, is a comprehensive, accurate, timely understanding of natural surface information and human geography and the change of basis, realize resource sharing information and scientific management. In this paper, combined with the city of Yingtan(Yuehu District, Guixi City, with Yujiang County) geography situation investigation of practical work experience, through the domestic and foreign related research scholars,using a method of theory combining with practice of geographical conditions, database construction and quality control survey, a detailed exposition. The main results are as follows:1, The technical process of geographical conditions survey, for acquiring remote sensing data, DOM, data processing, the geographical situation of database construction and applied to geological disaster monitoring, forecasting practice discussion, analysis met these process problems and propose solutions.2, Detailed analysis of error sources in the investigation of geographical conditions, the quality problem of image data specific analysis of each process, and puts forward the quality control method, introduced the remote sensing image processing, digital and data processing of the quality problem, put forward the corresponding technical methods ofoptimal control.3, Defect level reference the second rural land survey database quality inspection software, combined with the factors of the paired comparison method(Delphi expert analysis method to determine the weight of evaluation elements), is proposed for database accuracy factor weighted average defect point deduction method, and evaluate its quality,the database results showed that ideal, quality control.
