3D geological modeling technique can not only conveniently and quickly facilitate the storage,management,display and analysis of geological data,but also can visually and intuitively understand and observe the distribution of underground orebody.The Changgou gold deposit in Hanyin is one of the important gold deposits in the northern AnKang.In recent years,Shaanxi Bureau of Geology and mineral resources exploration and development has conducted geological and mineral exploration of verification and evaluation methods on this gold area,including a lot of terrain survey,trenching exploration,deep drilling and adit exploration etc.However,the existing works only have a simple description of the static two-dimensional state of the gold ore body,which cannot meet the needs of the actual analysis.In order to make full use of the existing geological datum and remedy the defects of expression methods in traditional geological information,this thesis was based on "basic geological research on Shiquan – Xunyang gold mine,the whole-mount exploration in Shaanxi Province ",using 3D modeling software-Surpac,synthetically analysed metallogenic background,geological characteristics,and ore-controlling structures of Changgou deposit,established the 3D geological model of Changgou mine,reveals the 3D orebody display,and discusses prospecting prediction.This paper mainly studied the principle and the method of model building of Surpac software,and put forward the establishing procedure of the corresponding 3D model,on the base of those:(1)established geological database of Changgou gold deposit after studying the geological database types of Surpac;(2)established the entity model of mineralization of Changgou gold deposit after studying the principle and method of establishing the entity model;(3)established the tunnel model of Changgou gold deposit after studying the principle and method of establishing the tunnel model;(4)established the terrain model of the Changgou gold deposit after studying the establishment of terrain model;(5)studied the Au grade spatial distribution and established the Au grade Variogram model of Changgou gold deposit on the basis of principles of geostatistics;(6)established the entity model of Changgou gold deposit after studying the principle and method of establishing block model,established the grade model of Changgou gold deposit by using the inverse distance weighted method block model to valuate.Finally,after projecting Au grade body contour map of the mineralization between the eastern and western Changgou gold deposit,summarizing the gold occurrence regularity,the author put forward that the eastern mineralized zone has a further prospecting foreground along mineralized body in the north-west and deep direction,while the western mineralized zone has a further prospecting foreground along the mineralized body in the north-west,south-east and deep direction,then located the target areas of the eastern and western mineralized bodies,confined the further prospecting direction.
