This paper involved in the study area are Xin 1 and 23 fault-blocks.They located in the middle of central uplift of Dongying Sag.The objective study is the lower Member of Es2.The paper research foundation is the reservoir delineation and correlation.Using the logging and geological data and based on the predecessors' research,the author studies the reservoir sedimentary facies.The sedimentary characteristics and the reservoir architecture theory in the study area are integrated to study on the sedimentary cycles,architecture surfaces and reservoir architecture elements on different scales.Finally,the paper analyzes the main characteristics of oil and gas distribution in the study area and the general factors influencing the distribution of oil and gas as well as the influence of reservoir architecture on the distribution of remaining oilThe objective study includes 8-9,A-F,W1-W3 sand groups of the lower Member of Es2.The typical wells lithological characteristics change with good regularity and their logging characteristics changes a little.Therefore,the main method of the reservoir delineation and correlation is using the well logging curve amplitude change.First,analyzing the predecessors of the stratigraphic classification and correlation plan.Second,selecting the skeleton section.Then delineating and correlating the sand groups and small layers of the typical wells.Finally,delineating and correlating all the wells on the basis of typical adjacent Wells.The sedimentary marks and the distribution of the sedimentary facies show the typical delta front characteristics.The debouch bar architecture analyses is the main research object in the delta front architecture analyses.There are 5 levels in architecture of debouch bar of this block.The 3rd,4th and 5th level are the most important in the architecture studying.Different levels of debouch bar reservoir hierarchical modeling have different ways.The 3rd,4th and 5th level divides three debouch bar architecture elements.The most important one is the single debouch bar architecture.According to plane and longitudinal characteristics of oil and gas,the authors concludes the oil and gas distribution characteristics in the study area.According to plane and longitudinal characteristics of remaining oil,providing the basis for late oilfield exploitation.Analyzing the factors affecting the distribution of oil and gas from six aspects: source rock,reservoir,cap rock,trap,space closed unit,hydrocarbon migration and accumulation.Finally,the paper analyzes the two major aspects of reservoir architecture are used to study the distribution of oil and gas.
