| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping reffered to ’labor’ issues on many public occasions.In the time before and after every year’s May Day,he made a speech themed by ’laobr’.Meanwhile,as a fundamental theoretical category,the concept of "labor" covered issues related to social development in many aspects.The content of Xi’s Labor View also reflected in his talk and speeches themed by ’technological innovation’,’Chinese Dream’,’socialist core values’,’ecological civilization’ and other issues.These statements and speech revealed Xi’s concern of labor issue and attention to ’labor’ role as state leader and the top designer of national development planning.Xi’s labor view is the object of this research.This paper combed the theoretical source of Xi’s labor view from three aspects,Marxism,Marxism in China,Chinese traditional culture,analyzed the technical features and social development of the contemporary labor under the new round of science and technological revolution,focused on four aspects of the content and structure of the theory of Xi’s labor view,ie,the view of the nature of labor,the view of labor’s values,the view of innovation work,and the view of harmonious labor,and try to relate it with the technical features and technical background of contemporary labor.Finally,theoretical value intrinsic to Xi’s labor contains the enlightment on scientific and technological development,the integration of socialism and market-oriented economy in socailist modernization of China,as well as practical significance of the national historical oppotunities of the current development of China,and of Northeast China old industrial base’s revitalization. |
