| With the development of environmental science drilling,people have obtained a large amount of information that can reveal the environment and climate change process from lake sediments,and can infer the relationship between environmental changes and human activities based on the human remains that have remained in lake sediments.Drilling and sampling of lakes have become more important.In addition,water drilling has the disadvantages of strong wind and water mobility,difficulty in anchorage fixing,complex structure of water drilling platform,technical difficulty,inconvenient water transportation,and difficulty in transportation,while ice drilling is relatively safe and reliable.In order to save money,we should make full use of the winter ice drilling.However,the development of sampling platforms on ice is extremely slow.For a long time,because there is no dedicated sampling platform,temporary drilling platforms need to be set up,which will take time and effort,and affect sampling results.For this reason,this article carefully investigated the status quo of the on-ice sampling platform,analyzed the existing problems of the existing platform,and established the research topic of a new on-ice sampling platform.This article mainly did the following work:1.Based on the characteristics of the on-ice sampling platform and the insufficiency of the existing on-ice sampling platform,the overall design of the new on-ice sampling platform has been established;2.According to the overall design requirements,the key structure design such as platform box design,self-loading and discharging function design,self-propelled structure function design,and steering structure function design have been completed;3.Use finite element to carry out simulation analysis and strength verification calculation of key components;4.Using SolidWorks software,a three-dimensional simulation design of the sampling platform was completed,and a complete set of design drawings for the sampling platform was completed;The design of the new platform has the following features:The main body of the platform is designed as an integrated box-type structure,and rock wool panels are used for the wall materials to solve the overall relocation and heat preservation problems of the sampling platform.Hydraulic leg systems are designed on both sides of the platform to solve the difficult problem of loading and unloading the sampling platform.The power system of the platform solves the problem of the traditional difficulty of moving the sampling platform;a steering system is designed to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately move to the hole position when the sampling platform is actually working.The design and improvement of the new sampling platform have solved the shortcomings of previous sampling platforms and will provide strong support for sampling on ice in the future. |
