As a new transport mode, public bicycles not have the characteristic of low carbon, flexibility and so on.It not only meets the demand of short distance travel, but also complements the accessibility of the public transport system which attracts a lot of citizens. The planning strategy of public bicycle stations were emphasized on near bus stations, residential area and some public facilities, the imbalance spatial-temporal characteristics of travel demand resulting in some public bicycle stations has no bike to be borrowed or no bike can be returned.Even if enhancing the bicycles redistribution can’t solve these problems. So it is necessary to get the insight of the public stations distribution and the spatial-temporal characteristic of public bicycle usage to find a way to optimize the system. The public bicycle system operation brings two types of data: station data and user data.Stock data track varies in the number of bicycles docked at stations within a public bicycle system, published on the official website by the operator.Such data can provide insights into spatiotemporal fluctuations in demand across a system, but do not capture the underlying mobility behavior(e.g.trips).Flow or trip data contains bicycle number, bicycle trips data, but consequently more limited in their availability causes this type of data were used more in operation. This article got three days station data,POI data and road network distance data between stations using web crawler technology.Spatial statistics, spatial analysis methods were used to get the insight of station distribution, station activity, space correlation and user using pattern. The results of this study can be used as the scientific evidence for promoting well-being;also can provide the theoretical reference and decision support for public bicycle planning and operational management, playing a guiding role of more human transportation planning and construction.
