Hazardous material is a kind of goods with dangerous characteristics,In the process of production,storage,transportation and use of Hazardous material,Hazardous material are prone to poisoning,burning and explosion,which cause damage to the lives,property,environment and interests of enterprises.With China's rapid economic development period,Hazardous material are applied in industrial production,scientific research and teaching aspects more widely,and the demand is rising,the risks are gradually increasing,the impact on the surrounding environment have become increasingly prominent.Especially in recent years,storage and transportation of Hazardous material accident in the number and size are rising,causing great losses to the related enterprises,bring adverse effects to the society,transportation safety of Hazardous material has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,with the construction and development of Hazardous material logistics center,as a large logistics distribution center of Hazardous material,the risk that may be caused can not be ignored.Therefore,it is very necessary for scientific and reasonable location planning of Hazardous material logistics center.Based on the analysis of the location of Hazardous material logistics center in China,focuses on the application of mathematical model in the role location and LINGO software in solving model;by combining the characteristics of Hazardous material logistics in our country and the existing problems,determine the main factors influencing the location,location methods are scientific and reasonable.The location from the analysis of the three goals of cost,risk and risk equity,the establishment of multiple objective programming model for location of Hazardous material logistics center,and gives a reasonable selection method for solving the model,an example verifies the model to solve the feasibility of Hazardous material logistics center location.
